Orders received by 2:00 pm cst usually ship the same day. The shipping of backordered items will occur with your next order. We do not backorder items on COD or credit card orders. All backorders are cancelled after 60 days. If you prefer not to have items backordered, just let us know.


Terms available for approved accounts only. Approved accounts may choose 2%-10 days, Net 30 days or 1%-10th, Net 25th if you prefer to pay by statement. A finance charge of 2% per month (annual rate 24%) will be assessed on all accounts not paid according to terms. ALL customers are subject to finance charges on accounts not paid according to terms. The freight carrier's COD fee will be added to all COD orders. COD orders that ship truck line will require payment in advance of shipment.


We also accept payment via American Express, Discover, eCheck, Mastercard & Visa. Credit card payments will not earn the early pay discount and payment must be made at shipping time. Payments on account made by credit card are subject to an additional service charge.


Volume buying and pre-season programs offer you an opportunity to receive discount pricing throughout the year. In our efforts to help your business, we offer price levels that enable you to earn more by selling the N2 product line along with additional products offered by NHC. Parts lookup service is provided at no charge to active and current dealers whose accounts are in good standing. We reserve the right to discontinue access to parts lookup systems based on purchase volume and/or abuse of the service at any time.

Freight Policy


All orders are subject to varying processing charges based on terms and/or order value.

Orders shipped to destinations within the continental United States will normally ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or similar carrier, except on large volume and/or heavy orders, when alternative shipping methods may be utilized. Heavy or oversized items will be sent heavyweight freight and will incur additional shipping charges. Customers that are unable to accept standard truck line delivery will be responsible for additional delivery charges made by the carrier. Orders outside the continental U.S. will be charged appropriate freight charges. Request written policy for specific details.


The following items are exempt from the standard freight policy and will always incur actual freight charges:

  • ATV fenders, fuel tanks, racks
  • Harvester chain, reels & bars
  • Pallets of oil products
  • Lawnmower decks
  • Items designated as "Heavyweight" in the catalog or on the website


The following products are subject to special freight allowances:

  • Wire Rope, Chain & Logging Supplies - Orders over $750 will be shipped freight prepaid by common carrier.


All COD orders are subject to a COD fee to cover the cost of COD processing. No COD orders are exempt from this charge. We do not ship COD orders by truck line; payment must be received before the merchandise is shipped.


NHC Distributors, Inc. includes automatic shipping insurance on all orders up to merchandise values of $100. Insurance on all values exceeding $100 may be purchased during the checkout process at a rate calculated based on the merchandise total exceeding $100. The insurance is selected by default to make sure that all orders are sufficiently covered in the event shipping damage or loss occurs. The option of not paying for the insurance, thus canceling and voiding all protection for merchandise beyond the $100 default amount, is possible by unchecking the Insurance box labeled 'Include Insurance' during checkout.

Shipping insurance covers any damage and/or loss of merchandise during packaging, shipping & delivery of orders up to the point where the package is delivered by the carrier to the address provided with the order. Once delivered, the package becomes the responsibility of the customer and no longer falls under the protection of the insurance. When insurance has been purchased and an order is lost or has merchandise that is damaged, NHC has the sole responsibility of replacing the lost/damaged merchandise, including shipping costs via the same shipping method chosen by the customer on the original order. In the case of damaged merchandise, the original carton and damaged merchandise must be kept for possible inspection for no less than three (3) weeks. If the damaged merchandise cannot be returned when/if requested, the claim will be denied.


  • Customers who cannot accept truck line deliveries are subject to additional freight charges. Using UPS or FedEx is more expensive than truck line on large orders and the customer is responsible for the difference between the cost of a truck line shipment versus the cost of shipping using a small parcel carrier such as UPS.
  • Customers who request a pre-delivery call from a freight carrier are responsible for any charges made by the carrier for the service.
  • Customers are responsible for any charges made by the freight carrier for additional services such as 2nd delivery charges, requests for a lift gate, and change of address.
  • All orders placed under $100.00 of shippable merchandise will be subject to a Small Order Handling Charge of $10.00 per order.


We ship all available backorders with a customer's next shipment. If the customer requests a backorder to be shipped immediately when in stock, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Special orders are processed as a separate order subject to standard shipping charges, not as a qualified backorder.

Satisfaction Guaranteed/Parts Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction with the quality of our parts. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our parts, we will replace the part or refund your money within 30 days of purchase date. While we make every effort to insure the accuracy of our information, we do not guarantee the fitment of every item. If in doubt, refer to the original equipment manufacturer's specifications.

A Return Authorization number (RA #) is required on ALL returns.

If you are not satisfied with a part purchased from NHC, you may return the part within 30 days of purchase for credit (freight charges excluded). Please call for a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the part. If the return is required because of a shipping error made by NHC, credit will be given for the freight charges to return the part when a receipt for the charges is included with the return.

There is no restocking fee on returns due to warranty claims, defective merchandise or NHC shipping errors (if reported within 10 days). All other returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee (35% if returned by your salesman) if received at our warehouse more than 30 days after the purchase date. Parts returned in dirty or damaged packaging or with price markings will require repackaging and are subject to an additional 35% repackaging charge.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Parts must have been purchased from NHC within the past 12 months
  • Parts must be new, clean and in resalable condition in original packaging or carton
  • If parts are sold in standard packs, only full standard packs may be returned
  • Discontinued, inactive or obsolete parts are non-returnable
  • Special order items are non-returnable

Parts that are returned that do not meet the eligibility requirements will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Customers must pay all shipping costs involved with returning the product to NHC.


All claims must be made within 10 days of the invoice. In the case of damaged shipments, indicate "damaged" when signing for the package and call us immediately for further instructions. Keep the original carton and damaged merchandise for possible inspection. We are not responsible for packages delivered and left at your address without a signature.



NHC Distributors, Inc (NHC) warrants to the original user and consumer ("consumer" or "you") that any goods supplied by NHC shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of purchase by the consumer.

This EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY does NOT apply where there has been a failure of the goods due to alteration, repair subsequent to the purchase, misuse, improper installation, neglect or accident.

If you believe you have purchased defective goods from NHC as described above, notify NHC at the listed phone number or address listed, fully informing NHC of why you believe the goods are defective. NHC will either request you to return the defective goods to NHC for inspection or will rely upon the information you provide to determine whether the goods are defective as described above. If any goods are proven to be defective, then NHC, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the defective goods, refund the purchase price (excluding sales tax and processing costs), or issue a credit toward the purchase of goods from NHC in the future. You are responsible for any and all transportation costs associated with the inspection, repair or replacement of defective goods. Should the warranty provided by the manufacturer of the goods sold to you by NHC contain terms and conditions which are more favorable to you than this EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY, you agree that the manufacturer's warranty, and not NHC's EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY, shall be your sole and exclusive remedy and warranty.

Except as provided above in the section entitled EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY, NHC makes NO other Express or Implied warranties of any kind, whether as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If any of NHC's sales people and/or representatives, have made any verbal statements about the goods, these statements do not constitute warranties and are not a part of NHC's EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.

NHC shall not be liable for ANY incidental or consequential damages that the consumer alleges he/she may have suffered as a result of the purchase and/or use of goods from NHC. This exclusion of liability for incidental and consequential damages includes, but is not limited to, claims for lost profits, any costs or expenses for labor, transportation, or other expenses incurred by reason of the use or sale of any defective goods. This EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state as some states do not allow the exclusion of warranties and incidental or consequential damages, or the limitation of remedies.


NHC Distributors, Inc. shall be under no obligation to perform any contract when performance is prevented by fire, strike, labor dispute, war, embargo, transportation delay or failure, material shortages, supplier default, government intervention or act of God or for any other cause beyond the control of NHC Distributors, Inc.


NHC carefully selects vendors in America and overseas that share our commitment to high quality. All products, foreign or domestic, are subject to the same rigorous quality standards. Whenever possible, non-U.S. made items are labeled individually as to the Country of Origin. Certain small items cannot be individually labeled and therefore the bag or box is labeled instead. U.S. customs regulations ask the retailer to inform the consumer of the origin in this case.
